Heat Transfer Printing
- MOQ: 1 piece
- Required Files:Vector (Al, CDR, PDF)-convert text to curves、Bitmap (PSD, HD JPG)- min 250 DPl with 5cm bleed margin
- Pantone C series recommended for accurate color matching
- CMYK/RGB not recommended-results may vary
- Printable areas based on blank templates, others may be solid color only
- Large logos may require stitching – notify us if stitching is not desired
Screen Printing
- MOQ: 30 tents per printed color
- Max 4 colors per logo
- Max logo height: 150 cm
- Lower cost with larger quantities, more screens = better price

Factory Services: The factory provides stock color options for the customer to choose from and creates a 3D rendering for customer reference.
Printing Orders
Communication
- Discuss product type, quantity, specifications, printing requirements, pricing, delivery time, etc.
Step 01
Design
- Free design service from the factory (Customer provides files, color codes, or ideas).
- Customer reviews and approves design (Factory provides 3D rendering and 2D flat design)
Step 02
Order Confirmation
- Factory issues a Pl (Proforma Invoice)
- Customer makes payment as per Pl
Step 03
Production
- Factory prints color samples for customer confirmation.
- Factory proceeds with production after customer confirms the sample and color.
- Factory takes product photos for customer approval
Step 04
Delivery
- Customer pays the balance.
- Factory packages and ships the products.
Step 05
After-Sales Service
- Factory provides tracking number for shipment tracking.
- Factory offers after-sales support, including logistics follow-up, installation, and usage instructions.
